FEATURES:

Three sets of jaws are interchangeable:

- Ø max. aperture: 56 mm

- Ø max. of bell: 40 mm

- Ø ext. max. of bell: 40 mm

- Ø ext. min. bell: 10 mm

- Ø of crimping according to jaws mm:

Large: max. 37 - min. 21

Medium size: max. 25 - min. 13

Small: max. 17 - min. 6

 

CHANGE OF JAWS:

To make the change of clamps, the machine should be fully open.

Remove the screws from the front cover by pulling out the same.

Remove the jaws of the machine, entering then in its place is desirable, taking care that the pins-a guide to staying in the holes that carry the clamps.

Refit the cover by matching the "0" of this one with the graduated scale.

Set the lid with the screws and the machine is ready for crimping.

MODE OF EMPLOYMENT:

- Place the clamps right to the extent of the tube that you want to press. Introduce the tube mounted and press down the handle until the jaws hold the bell in position to press.

- Run the top until it protrudes on the right side of the lever.

- Adjust the screw until it rests gently on the mole.

- Operate the lever until you get the measure of pressing you want, that will be reflected in the ruler.To remove the tube, proceed inversely, bearing in mind that the screw should not be touched if continue pressed tubes of the same size.
