Shipping and returns


Delivery time varies from 1 to 5 business days depending on the day of the week that the purchase was made, due that deliveries are only on business days. In case items are on stock delivery would be:

• Spain and Portugal: 24/48 h.

• Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla: 48/72 h.

• All other countiries and special deliveries: please contact our comercial department at our contact form.

Orders are prepared at the moment the payment is confirmed and at the following schedule:
Monday thru Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 h. Orders collected out of this time will be prepared next business day. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
For bank transfer payments, shipping will be done once the deposit has been made effective.
In case that any of the items are not on stock, you can choose to wait until they are all items for shipping or if you prefer it, delivered separately, paying in this case the client, the shipping costs of the both shipments.

Shipping cost

The cost of each shipment it´s automatically calculated and detailed at the moment of the purchase confirmation to always be approve by the client before confirming the payment and it mainly will depend on the destination and/or the weight of the package. Out of the Spain and Portugal an additional fee may be charged.


Sometimes, due to hardly controllable reasons as human mistakes or incidents in computer systems, it may be possible that we won´t be able to deliver the client some of the purchased products. In this case we will contact the client before shipping.
We won´t be responsible for non-delivery if stock shortage or unavailability of the product, acts of God, weather conditions, strike or disruption of the transport services, flood or fire.

Order modifications

You can not change the delivery address once the order is placed.
Shipments will be sent to the address or addresses provided when purchasing, please make sure that all information is correct and complete.
Shipments that are returned to us by the negligence of the buyer (address erroneous or incomplete shipping, etc..) Will not be longer shipped until the buyer has paid back the shipping.


Hidraflex aims the total satisfaction of it´s client.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or there´s any problem with your order, you can make your return within a period of 14 days from receipt.
Before proceeding with the return, you must contact our sales department at our contact form to indicate you the steps to be followed.
No returns will be accepted if item is damaged, worn, stained, broken or altered in any way, the item must be in perfect condition.
Shipping charges and return of items would be pay by the client, unless the return is due to our error or any defect in the item.
Once we have check that all items are in perfect condition and with labels, you will receive a confirmation e-mail showing the amount (Item Price) to be paid at your account.
Please attach a copy of the invoice on which is shown the product that you returned.
Important note: Until we receive the item in our store, this is your responsibility.
