The combination of materials (steel couplings and polyamide ring gear) allows continuous machine operation without the need for maintenance with very little friction on the teeth.

The standard polyamide material is characterized by the following positive features:

- high consistency of the material;
- high hardness;
- high thermal stability (+ 100 ºC);
- good viscosity in case of low temperatures;
- sliding behavior - favorable friction;
- very good insulating properties;
- good resistance to chemicals;
