PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES:
- High thermal stability, low tendency to sludge, lacquer and carbonaceous residue formation.
- Excellent lubricity and superior anti-wear, anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties.
- Minimal foaming and excellent de-emulsion capability. - Allows 2,000 to 4,000 hour changes in screw compressors.
- Compatible with commonly used seals and sealing rings as well as with mineral and other compatible synthetic oils.
- High flash point, providing a higher level of safety.
- Its low vapour pressure prevents the evaporation of lubricant fractions, thus guaranteeing tightness, and the pump reaches vacuum quickly.
APPLICATIONS
- Lubrication of air compressors: rotary (vane, centrifugal or screw) and reciprocating (piston, single or multistage).
- ISO VG: 32, 46 and 68 viscosities are the viscosities commonly used in rotary compressors (ISO 46 in screw).
- ISO VG: 100 and 150 viscosities (SAE 30 and 40) are those commonly used in reciprocating compressors.
- Exceptional filterability, its zinc-free additive package allows it to be used in hydraulic systems where ash-free fluids are required, avoiding the formation of sludge in very low micron filters as well as the formation of lacquers and deposits in servo valves and actuators.
