Non-return valves and pre-fill valves belong to the group of block valves. Non-return valves block oil flow in one direction and open it in the opposite direction. The pre-fill valves are non-return valves with hydraulic release. They are used, for example, in presses with a movable upper plate for the front aspiration and emptying of the press cylinders when closing and opening in high speed. The type F check valve and pre-fill valve is a spring loaded poppet valve and is tight without oil leakage when closed. The valve is mounted directly on the cylinder and clamped between the bottom of the cylinder and the weld flange. As an alternative, the valve is mounted in the pipeline between the end faces of the weld flange. Valves of type F25 - F80 are available with decompression. A decompression suppresses the relaxation shocks that can occur when the pressure is high and the volume of the consumer is high.
