Types of elastomers used in manufacturing:
- NITRIC. Mixture based on nitrile rubber. With good resistance to the action of mineral oils and greases. Good abrasion resistance. Suitable for most types of uses.
- ACRYLOYL-NITRILE-BUTADIENE. Greater heat resistance. But it has a higher permanent deformation.
- SILICONE. Very wide temperature range. Little permanent deformation. Low coefficient of friction. Not recommended for EP (Extreme Pressure) oils.
- FLUORINATED (Viton). It has the best chemical and high temperature resistance characteristics.
Seal made of NBR (Nitrile) 70 shore hardness.
For seals made of Viton, silicone or other materials, please consult the price.
The dimensions of the seal are determined by the outer diameter, inner diameter and height.
Supported temperatures:
- NBR (NITRILE) -30 to 120 ºC
- SILICONE -50 to 180 ºC
- VITON -30 to 230 ºC (High temperatures)
