Adhesive cement specially formulated to bond and repair wet materials, which hardens even when submerged in water.
Product characteristics:
- Mixing time: you have 30 minutes to mix and apply the product.
- Handling time: 2 hours (applied outside the water) or 3 hours (applied inside the water).
- Hardening time: after 6 hours it resists 100 kg / cm2 (applied out of water) or 60 kg / cm2 (applied in water), this resistance allows sanding, machining or drilling the product.
- Shear tensile strength (according to EN 1465 standard): 100 kg / cm2 (24 hours, 23ºC, steel) 80 kg / cm2 hardened in water.
- Temperature resistance: from -30ºC to + 150ºC.
- Resistance to liquids: resistant to water, oil and common solvents. Also resistant to dilute acids and alkalis.
- It does not contain solvents and does not alter its volume when hardening.
- Product color: gray-beige.
- Mixing and handling times can be sped up if a large quantity of product is mixed.
Application areas:
Pattex Nural 22 glue, repair and fill permanently. Once hardened it can be sanded, polished, machined, drilled and painted. It can be used in pipes and drains.
Tips and Tricks:
It adheres to corrugated iron, concrete, cement, stoneware, marble, stone, ceramic, porcelain, iron, copper and all types of metals, PVC and other plastics.
