Non-return valves with hydraulic release belong to the group of block valves. They block one or both of the hydraulic consumer lines or serve as a hydraulically operated drain or vent valve.
The RH type non-return valve is tight without oil leakage when closed. It is available with decompression. A decompression suppresses the relaxation shocks that can occur when the pressure is high and the volume of the consumer is high.

Operating mode
With decompression
On the decompression versions there is a spherically ground valve piston (poppet function) with a built-in small ball check valve instead of
the ball. This piston opens with force when unlocking even before opening and releases a choke cross section. This results in shock-free decompression of the
consumer volume. These valves are mainly used when the operating pressures are high and the consumer volume is large. Decompression is more effective when
the lower the opening speed of the control piston. This effect can be enhanced with additional choke elements in the control tubing.
