KC-363 WIFI Video Endoscope

Introduction:

The KC-363 Video Endoscope has been designed as an economical way to solve hidden problems and increase productivity. (For example inspecting a ventilation pipe and an air conditioning system, machine equipment, engine, etc.).
The device uses WIFI technology and supports iPad / iPad2 / iPhone3GS / iPhone4 / iPhone4S / Android and Windows computers and an IEEE802.11n WIFI card. The device allows multiple devices to connect at the same time and display images in real time. Also, it allows you to connect to the router to view images in real time over the internet.
It is equipped with a comfortable detachable holder where you can place the Smartphone on top of the handle. It has a probe of 1 meter in length and 9 mm in diameter, four adjustable LEDs, around the head help the user to use it in dark holes. Various accessories can be attached to the probe, making it more flexible and adaptive. The 9mm camera accessories are a magnet, mirror and hook.
The KC-363 has a built-in lithium polymer battery, and a 5V adapter or USB port can be used to charge it with an LED indicator. It is compact in size, stable in operation, easy to use, and portable. It is widely used in various sectors such as industry, construction, aviation, and vehicle maintenance.

Battery Safety Instructions:

- The unit can be connected to a USB port for charging.
- Please drain the battery the first time you use it. We also recommend a full charge and full discharge the first three times without exceeding 5 hours of charge. Properly charging the battery can improve battery life.
- Please keep the charging connector away from metallic and / or oily objects.
- Please charge the battery fully before leaving it unused for a long period of time.
- Do not compress or pierce the inner battery.
- Stop using the device if the internal battery is broken.
- Do not expose the product to fire.
- Please use the battery correctly. High temperatures can cause it to explode. Please follow the laws to dispose of the old battery.

Precautions:

- Please read the safety instructions carefully and choose a suitable work area.
- The probe is flexible, so it helps to reach areas that are difficult to access. Please do not insert or bend the chamber probe forcibly. Do not bend the probe too much (normally the radius should be greater than 5cm) to avoid permanent damage to the probe.
- Do not use the probe or camera head to remove barricades, clear pathways or obstructed areas. It should not be used as a fishing pole or tape.
- The camera head and its cover are waterproof, but not resistant to acids or fire. Being in contact with these materials will damage the protective plastic on the camera head. Do not immerse the camera head in corrosive liquids, oily places, or put it in contact with high temperature objects.
- Do not inspect anything or place that may contain an electrical charge. Please check the following methods to avoid damage.

For walls: To inspect inside walls, make sure the electricity to the whole house is turned off before using the appliance.

For pipes: If you suspect that a metal pipe may contain an electrical charge, have a qualified electrician check the pipe before use. The ground circuit, in some cases, can be returned to the molten metal tubes and cause them to become electrically charged.

For Cars: Make sure the car is not running during the inspection. The metal and liquid under the hood can be hot. Do not cover the camera head with oil or petroleum.

- Only as long as the product is closed properly, the camera head will be waterproof, but the handheld LCD screen is not fully waterproof.
- Do not use the product if condensation forms inside the camera head.
- If the appliance cannot function properly after turning it on, remove the battery. It is dangerous, so wait until it is repaired.
- Store the switched off product out of the reach of children and untrained persons. The appliance is dangerous in the hands of untrained persons.
- Inspect the appliance carefully. If the appliance falls, check for breakage, which may affect the appliance's operation. Many accidents are caused by poor appliance maintenance.
- Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer. Accessories that are compatible with the appliance can be dangerous if used in the appliance.
- Dry your hands before turning the appliance on or off.
- Protect it against excessive heat. The product must be removed from heat sources, such as radiators, stoves, or other products (including amplifiers) that produce heat. Do not use the appliance near moving machinery or areas where the temperature exceeds 45ºC.
- Put on the camera protector and store the probe in the unit after use.
- Store the product in a dry and ventilated place.

Maintenance instructions:

- The technical assistance of the appliance must only be carried out by qualified repair personnel. If done by unqualified personnel, it could be damaged.
- When performing a repair, use only identical replacement parts. Using unauthorized parts or failure to follow maintenance instructions can create a risk of electric shock or injury.
- Do not try to separate any part of this product unless it is indicated in this manual.
- Clean it properly: do not use acetone to clean the appliance. Use soap to clean it. Gently wipe the LCD screen with a dry cloth. Remove the battery before cleaning.
- Stop using the unit if it starts to emit smoke.
- Remove the battery and ask a qualified person under the following conditions:
- If liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the product.
- If the product does not work normally despite following the instructions for use.
- If the product has been dropped or damaged.
