Airtight valves are normally used for direct, leak-free control of consumers. They are used as pilot valves, according to the hydraulic diagram, for hydraulically actuated control circuits (indirect control). These valves are designed as spring-loaded ball seat valves, which are mechanically brought into the respective switching position by means of toggle levers and tappets against the pressure exerted by the spring and the oil. A filter element in the power connection prevents the entry of large dirt particles.
