Manual pump for oil model LP5

DESCRIPTION

The pump is mainly used in machines, small and medium-sized enterprises that do not require more than 30 points respectively and equipped with dispensers of the type F (resistance system).

OPERATION

The pump is operated manually and it works as an accumulator.

By pressing on the lever compresses a spring llanando a cylinder with an amount of oil by default. When you release the lever, a piston pushed by the spring force of the circulation of the oil in the ducts. The oil volume is accurately measured regardless of viscosity.

FEATURES

- Flow rate: adjustable from 1 to 5 cm3/stroke (adjustment screw and lock nut on the tank).

- Pressure: 5 bar. max.

- Tank: capacity: 475 cm3.

- Filter: Mounted on the aspiration filtration to 40 microns. Must be inspected regularly and replaced once a year.

- Limits of the system: it Is possible to lubricate in function of the flow per cycle of the pump.

The viscosity of the oil at the temperature of operation must be between 30 and 1500 cSt.
