The HSV type.
- This is a combination of valves, preferably to control lifting devices with one or two single-acting hydraulic cylinders
- The valve block is composed of:
A 2/2-way watertight valve, electrically actuated, to lower the lifted load
A regulating valve (optional) to limit the descent speed; adjustable
A 2-way flow regulating valve, optional on HSV 23-R6 models, which guarantees a lowering speed that barely depends on the load.
- A pressure limiting valve to limit the allowable load (maximum operating pressure). The factory setting is 220 bar, adjustable up to 400 bar
- A non-return valve that prevents the reaction of the load pressure on the disconnected pump when the load is lifted (e.g., when turning a gear pump in reverse). The position of the non-return valve with respect to the pressure limiting valve depends on the required requirements.
- In executions R2 and R4 (S2 and S4) uncontrolled lowering is avoided
of the load when the pressure relief valve is “floating” (load pressure close to the set value).
